Meet A11yRoo PDF Auditor. Create a tagged PDF that helps assistive technology understand the document’s structure and follow its intended reading order.

Start by uploading your PDF. Your original stays unchanged. You can also choose a profile for recurring instructions.

Review the estimated AI cost, then start the analysis.

The auditor examines page content, layout, and reading order. Before tagging, see failed and passed checks from the original PDF.

Next, review the proposed document structure and reading sequence.

You can also change any tag—for example, adjust a heading level to reflect the document’s structure.

Edit an image’s alt text right here, or mark it as decorative when appropriate.

When you’re ready, choose Create tagged PDF. The auditor applies the structure and checks the new copy.

Download your tagged PDF and final report. These findings describe the new PDF, including anything that still needs human verification.

PDF Editor lets you describe accessibility changes in everyday language, then review exactly what will be written to your PDF.

Upload an already-tagged PDF. Here, invented brand names are uppercase, generic names are lowercase, and asterisks have separate reference tags.

Ask for each uppercase medication name to be spoken with “brand” added. Specify what must stay unchanged: headings, generics, references, and reading order.

Review the AI cost estimate, then start analysis.

The Editor explains how it interpreted your request. Confirm the scope, or revise your instructions before continuing.

Review both proposed changes and choose which to apply. The printed text and current spoken text are shown separately.

Notice that Zelvorin already has different spoken text. The Editor reads its existing Actual Text property when checking the requested change.

Create a tagged review copy. The original file stays intact.

Inside the saved PDF, replacement speech is stored as Actual Text on a Span. Here, the Editor adds that Span beneath the paragraph, preserving the separate reference and reading order.

The printed page looks the same. The two brand names now include “brand” in their replacement text; generics and headings stay unchanged.

    Google Cloud Run handles PDF processing. The editor prepares review copies; the auditor prepares evidence for analysis.

  3. OpenAI API

    Analyze evidence with AI

    The auditor analyzes document evidence; the editor interprets general spoken-text instructions. API data is not used for model training by default; provider retention still applies. OpenAI API data policy .

  4. Cloudflare R2

    Save in your account. Keep control.

    Saved PDF files use AES-256 encryption. Account checks protect saved projects, with expiry dates and Keep or Delete controls. Cloudflare encryption .
